BRIAN CONNELL

PRECONSTRUCTION & CLIENT SERVICES

Brian Connell brings 20 years of hands-on and executive construction experience. He has led multimillion-dollar projects across the private and public sectors while building trusted client relationships. His focus on preconstruction, with an emphasis on aligning scope, budget, and expectations early, drives transparency, accountability, and disciplined financial outcomes, setting the foundation for a successful construction phase.

He began working at an early age for his family’s residential HVAC business, gaining practical, ground-up experience in the trades while developing a strong work ethic and understanding of construction fundamentals.

Brian went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  After graduating, he joined Turner Construction Company, where he spent 20 years building a career defined by leadership, accountability, and consistent project delivery.

During his last decade at Turner, Brian served as a Project and Construction Executive, leading the Higher Education and Public Sector market segment with responsibility for sales, preconstruction, and project delivery. He played a key role in guiding a wide range of higher education, public sector, and commercial projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with owners, design teams, and trade partners. During this time, Brian and the teams he led delivered over $1.1 billion in revenue across more than 50 projects, ranging in size from $25,000 to $165 million. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, hands-on approach, and ability to align teams around clear goals while fostering trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Brian lives in Suwanee with his wife, Laura, and their four children. He enjoys lake days, woodworking, playing guitar, and cheering on his kids’ sports.

dustin hodges

construction & operations services

Dustin Hodges brings 26 years of construction experience, combining hands-on field knowledge with operational leadership. He has managed complex building projects from the ground up, delivering results safely, on time, and on budget.

Growing up in his family’s home-building business, he learned construction from the ground up, developing a practical understanding of trades, scheduling, and project coordination that has stayed with him throughout his career.

Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  After graduation, he spent 26 years with Turner Construction Company, where he advanced through field and leadership roles to become a General Superintendent and a designated Master Builder.  Over his career, Dustin has played a key role in managing large-scale construction projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating trade partners, implementing QA/QC programs, and ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, and budget expectations. Dustin is known for his operational insight, proactive communication, and ability to build high-performing project teams that consistently exceed client expectations.

Dustin lives in Monroe with his wife, Georgia, and their two children, both currently in college. He enjoys lake time, tending to and hunting on their land, spending quality time with his kids, and cheering on the Georgia Dawgs.
